All ages are invited for the various classes and subjects- just choose one that
fits your interests and needs and get cooking!

June 10

“Simply Salads”- This is a class that fits our active and health conscious lifestyles. Quick and easy recipes and preparations of salads you will use over and over again.

“Sushi Class!!” have fun creating your own rolls and learn the basics of this wonderful dish as well as other accompaniments you will love!

June 24

“Salsas!” a fun and lively class focusing on several different fresh salsas you will love with chips as a side or on your grilled fish and summer meats.

July 1

“Veggies!”- Whether you are a vegetarian or need some healthy and delicious vegetables in your diet, this is the class for you. We will do some twists on the basics as well as try some veggies that are too often ignored at the market.

“Summer sides and Marinades” –This class is a must with great ideas and recipes for your family or entertaining that will allow you more time and less stress!

“Fish and Seafood Class”- we will jump in the waters of preparing basic fish and seafood recipes…no life jacket required!

“Fresh Herbs” Visit the possibilities of using fresh herbs this summer as well as all year through. You will be amazed at the difference it makes!

July 17- SATURDAY CLASS!

“Farmer’s Market Bounty”- this is a unique class which invites you to meet at the shop for coffee and a fresh scone.  We will walk down to the Farmer’s Market here in town and there we will each be set loose to buy (with a stipend provided) whatever looks great and fresh to us, bring it back to the shop, and together we will assemble a dish/meal together. A wonderful way to start a Saturday morning and create from that which is available.

August 12

“Thai Required”- Have fun in this class exploring all the varied and delicious tastes of this cuisine. We will make several dishes and learn some basics of curry!

August 26

“Out the Door Breakfasts”  join us for some delicious and healthy ways to start your day or the day for your family. Breakfast is important- and we will arm you with some great ways to tackle those days ahead!

“Adult Cooking Basics” – we will cover the basic pantry items, utensils and equipment and recipes you will need to get started. You will be cooking in no time!

“Gifts from the Heart”- creative ideas and hands-on ways to give the best gift of all this holiday season- one from your own kitchen and made with love. We will explore and create several gifts that will be a joy to give.

“They’re  Here!”- whether you are hosting family or friends, having college kids return from school, or simply have a house full of hungry mouths to feed… this class will give you several great recipes to have on hand from breakfast to midnight snacks!

**Teen classes are available for individuals or up to groups of 8. Please inquire regarding this fun opportunity to get kids in the kitchen and give them some great tools for healthy eating! Classes are $40.00 per person  and the topics/cuisines are determined by the students prior to our class together. A wonderful gift/party idea as well!

We also offer Private Dinners in the dining room for groups of 10 and under. You will select one of our private dinner menus and cuisines (Thai, Italian, French, Southwest, and Spanish/Tapas) and when you arrive, it will be prepped and ready for you to cook with your group, then sit down and enjoy the meal you helped prepare, be served to you!

To The Last Drop

CHEF FOR A DAY!

This is a specially designed class that has two possible forms:

**A class for the person who loves to cook, and wants to experiment with a new cuisine.

**A class for the person that would like to have a dinner party and invite friends to share in a meal but  may be hesitant to do so for lack of experience in cooking or confidence.

The format for the class will include the entire day/evening in the To The Last Drop kitchen and shop. You will arrive in the a.m., plan your schedule and prep work, cook the meal and then take a few hours break to go home and dress for the evening. When you return, you will be able to serve the meal you prepared to friends and family in the dining room at To The Last Drop!

No dishes for you to clean up, no house to clean, no phone ringing or interruptions! You will be enjoying a wonderful dinner out….one that you cooked! We will take care of all the details, you just come ready to cook and enjoy your evening.

This class is scheduled by appointment only and requires a six week advance reservation. You may email

Limit one person- Chef for a Day………………………$200.00

Guests/dinner………………………………………………….$80.00 per person  (limit 8 people)
